CPT festoon system can be used in many industrial fields and can move on straight or curved tracks. It is used to carry flat cables and round cables, to transmit power or communication or video signal lights or to carry hoses for gas/liquid transmission.

CPT festoon system has a wide range of products, and can be used in different environments, including normal working conditions, corrosive working conditions, explosive environments, etc. We can provide you with a full range of cable pulley systems, and customize products 100% in accordance with your special requirements.

The festoon arc pieces can be arranged on one layer, two layers or even three layers in accordance with the number of cables required by customers and whether power and control cables need to be separated to avoid electromagnetic interference. Customers can also adopt the combined festoon according to their occasional requirements, providing flexible possibilities for future device transformation.

The traveling wheel of CPT festoon system is made of high temperature resistant polyurethane. It has the advantages such as maintenance free, low noise and good wear resistance. Under heavy load conditions, the traveling wheel can be made of steel. By changing different roller combinations, CPT festoon system can match almost all rails, no matter I-beam or H-beam.

In the port application environment, the roller structure can be provided with side wheels and bottom wheels, so that the festoon can run stably on the track, making customers not worry about the impact of wind speed on the device.

All rollers are removable for easy maintenance and replacement.

Under different working conditions, round and circular track have higher requirements on the festoon system. In the case of improper selection and use, the trolley may be blocked or even the cable may be broken.
